Poblano is becoming sort of a celebrity. I’m not a statistics geek, so his methods are beyond my comprehension. But his track record is impressive.

Poblano’s methods have probably already taken this into account, but I’m running into red state’rs, who are going to sit out of the November elections. When other red state’rs, here that, they walk away in silence, as though they understand. I don’t really care about the Vichy dems, but I hope this translates into gains for the liberal/progressive candidates.

A lot of republicans feel like there’s nobody for them to vote for. McBush is almost as unpopular with them as he is with us, but he’ll get the ‘lesser of evils’ vote vs Obama.

I think a lot of the GOP is going stay home and some of those that do show up are going to vote for somebody other than McBush.

It’s going to be gains for the Dems, but not all Dems are progressives. And there’s what I call ‘cynical support’ for McBush as well, from folks who don’t want one party in control of everything. Can we get a veto proof margin in the senate as well?

I think they’ll come out in droves whipped into an ignorant frenzie by the Rush Rove wingnuts orgasmic on Ayres, Jerimiah Wright and anything that makes them forget the abortions that are decimation of the Constitution, warantless wiretapping, the cusp of a recession, unprecedented evictions from homes lost on the courthouse steps by Bush empowered banks and mortgage lenders, and every other pig the idiots have lipsticked and eyelined and given the requisite set of boobjobs for every American female over 16.
